Here's a question for you: How do you think that being the mother of boys impacts your feminism, or does it? Now that I have a daughter and a son I'm always interested in how the gender of someone's children does or does not affect the way they view gender relations and feminism.

Here's a question - to what extent do you think your parenting choices are "alternative"? I get that breastfeeding, vbacs, etc, are considered controversial to some extent (although I'll never understand why) but I'm curious to what extent things like babywearing and/or cosleeping can be considered an alternative lifestyle, and what else you do (or don't do, or think about doing, etc) would be considered outside or straddling the border of the "norm." (And then we could continue to say who decides what's the norm, who benefits from enforcing the status quo, what are the mechanisms by which people are punished for stepping outside the boundary of what's acceptable, etc, but I have a feeling that would be a 100 page thesis ;))
